Job nature:
1. The internship will take place in the Cathay Pacific regional office for S.E. Asia. The key project will be to investigate diversity at Cathay Pacific within the region and to look into developments in each of the countries on this subject to report to the regional General Manager. A separate project will be to work with the People department (Human Resources) on employee engagement and communications initiatives. You will also be involved in other miscellaneous projects.
2. The internship will take place in the Cathay Pacific Yangon office. The main projects will be to compile a report on the trends in Foreign Direct Investment into Myanmar and consider the potential impact to air travel to and from Myanmar. In addition you will conduct a competitor analysis. You will also be involved in other miscellaneous projects.
3. The internship will take place in the Cathay Pacific Bangkok office. The main projects will be to work with the department heads to review and update the existing Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Exploring use of social media in the workplace, for internal communication, collaboration and to also drive new business opportunities. You will also be involved in other miscellaneous projects.
4. The internships will take place in the Cathay Pacific Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices. The main projects will be to understand how the airline operates, by working closely with Department Heads (1 week per department). Department Heads will also provide coaching on management skills. In addition, you will work with the People department (Human Resources) on employee engagement and communications initiatives. You will also be involved in other miscellaneous projects.
5. The internships will take place in the Cathay Pacific Ho Chi Minh City
and Hanoi offices. The main projects will be to understand how the
airline operates, by working closely with Department Heads (1 week per
department). Department Heads will also provide coaching on management
skills. In addition, you
will work with the People department (Human Resources) on employee engagement
and communications initiatives. You will also be involved in other
miscellaneous projects
6. The internship will take place in the Cathay Pacific and Dragon Air Phnom Penh office. The main projects will be to work with the People Department (Human Resources) to support recruitment, employee engagement, reward/recognition and other miscellaneous projects.
