Job nature:

Operations:

Ø   Familiarize with physical good receipt & dispatch, picking, packing & sorting

Ø   Assist in Cycle Counting Process

Ø   Assist in reviewing procedures of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management

 

Customer Services:

Ø   Learning of handling requests from customers

Ø   Learning of gathering customer information and fulfil customer needs

Ø   Assist in reviewing and streamlining customer satisfaction and operations processes

Ø   Participating in customers services duty, operations and value-added services

 

Call Centre:

Ø   Familiarize with courier express CRM and call centre operation workflow

Ø   Assist in customer service handling

 

C2C Team

Ø   On-job training in Bangkok Sameday delivery service

Ø   Visit city parcel shops and experience daily operations

Ø   Orientation in Research & Development departments of express delivery service

 

Operations Team

Ø   Visit parcel sorting hub and experience daily operations

Ø   Familiarize with distribution centre, line haul services and delivery operations

 

 

 

Requirements:

Ø   Proficient in MS Office

Ø   Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese

Ø   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø   Positive attitude and willing to learn
