Introduction of Speaker - Lawrence Ma, FCIArb, FHKIArb, CIAB, TEP
Lawrence Ma has been a practising barrister of the High Court of Australia since 1996 and the High Court of Hong Kong since 2008. Currently is the Head of the Foundation Chambers in Hong Kong. He is experienced in commercial litigation in both Australia and in Hong Kong. Lawrence also represents Chinese State-Owned Enterprises in international commercial arbitrations. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. Lawrence is also a HKCICA Certified International Arbitrator and a Recognised Arbitrator of the South China Institution of Arbitration.
