Cultural Exploration on "The Historical Development of Russia with the Mongol Empire and the Five Central Asian Countries"

The first sharing of the “Russian Cultural Exploration Series: The Historical Development of Russia with the Mongol Empire and the Five Central Asian Countries” explorations organized by Maritime Silk Road Society was held on 12 January. In view of the latest pandemic restrictions, participants may join the sessions either online or onsite. With a very detailed introduction to Russia’s origin, the Rurik Dynasty, the reigning of Mongol Empire upon Russia and the House of Romanov by tutor Mr George Kai, participants can gain a lot regarding different Russian dynasties and the influences of the Mongol Empire and Central Asia on Russia. The remaining sessions will be held as scheduled on 19 January, 9 February and 16 February.
