Mr Alex Wong Spoke on Maritime Silk Road and National Security

Invited by the Correctional Services Department, Mr Alex Wong, CEO of MSRS, gave a talk on 18 December 2024 to young female inmates aged 14 to 20 at Lai King Correctional Institution, to talk about the connection between Maritime Silk Road and National Security, as well as latest developments of the “Belt and Road Initiative”.
