Statement : MSRS condemns a U.S. bill calling for sanctions against 49 Hong Kong officials, judges and prosecutors
1. Hong Kong is able to safeguard the rule of law, social and national security in accordance with the Basic Law and the Hong Kong National Security Law
2. the proposal interferes with and infringes upon the spirit of the rule of law in Hong Kong and undermines the core values of the rule of law in Hong Kong
3. the United States has no right to interfere in Hong Kong's judicial system and should respect the spirit of the rule of law in Hong Kong
